The supplier must meet the following specifications and standards:

1. Three consecutive years in supplying Gabbro and Limestone, including supplying of 1 million metric tons per year, during these three years.

2. Contracted with a Gabbro and Limestone quarries, or an owner and investor of a quarry.

3. Fixed shipping contracts for Gabbro and Limestone transportation, or owns a ship or Barges for transporting mentioned materials.

4. It is mandatory for the supplier to have experience of not less than two years in offshore shipping.

5. All supplied materials must comply with the State of Qatar - 2014 specifications and standards.

6. Have a good financial budget, and must provide financial statements for the past 3 years.

7. Fixed land transportation contracts for the mentioned materials, or owns a fleet of land transportation for the distribution process.

8. Own a piece of land near Messaieed Port area.
